Dr. Michael Hample joined the Blaine Chiropractic Center in 1989 after graduating from Northwestern College of Chiropractic in Bloomington Minnesota. He is a licensed Chiropractor serving the Blaine community. He first obtained a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy degree from the University of Minnesota in 1980. Dr.Hample worked in that field until he decided to seek a natural approach to health and wellness. He is an Advanced Proficiency Rated PractionIer in Activator Methods Technique. He regularly attends seminars to keep up with the latest advances in the Chiropractic profession. He enjoys treating entire families from the young to the elderly.
He and his wife enjoy the many things the Twin Cites Metro area has to offer. Their interests are wide ranged from biking, hiking, and golf to the many sporting and cultural events. They love to travel or venture out in their gardens.
Dr. Ashley E. Jerde DC
Dr. Ashley Jerde graduated from Northwestern Health Sciences University in April 2018 and is currently finishing her Master of Science in Applied Clinical Nutrition. Some of her background includes working as a personal trainer at Life Time, achieving Advance Proficiency Rated Practitioner in Activator Methods Technique, becoming certified to work as an EMT and working as a Certified Medical Examiner. She enjoys helping individuals and families optimize their health by looking at all aspects of their lifestyle.
When Dr. Jerde is not in the office she is spending time with her husband, Dan. She enjoys spending time outdoors rock climbing, biking, and hiking. She also serves in the Army Reserves as a French Horn Player at Ft. Snelling, MN as a part of the 204th Army Band
